My work centres around the lymphatic system—supporting the movement of fluid, reducing congestion, and helping the body shift out of heaviness, sluggishness, and overwhelm.

With over 14 years of experience and a Diploma of Remedial Massage, each treatment is guided by both clinical understanding and a calm, intuitive approach.
