Helping the body let go of what it no longer needs to hold
Specialised hands-on therapy for jaw, neck, head and body tension.
Health Fund Rebates
Private health rebates are available for treatments addressing muscle tension, TMJ (jaw), neck, body and headache presentations.
Claims can be processed on the spot via HICAPS when clinically appropriate.
Lymphatic sessions are not claimable as they fall outside remedial therapy categories.
Many of us spend much of the day in a sympathetic nervous system state — often called fight or flight — which keeps the body tense and inflamed over time.
Even at rest, the body can continue holding through the jaw, neck, breathing and abdomen without us noticing.
This may show up as clenching, headaches, body tightness, shallow breathing, unsettled digestion, fatigue or sleep that never feels fully restorative.
These sessions allow the body to settle into a calmer state.
Using slow, precise hands-on work, the body begins to feel safe enough to let tension go — breathing deepens, muscles soften and digestion becomes more comfortable. Often there is a natural sigh as the body realises it no longer needs to keep holding.
Each treatment is adapted in the moment using TMJ release (gentle intra-oral jaw work), cranial techniques, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage depending on what your body needs that day.
Techniques are chosen and adapted during the session rather than fixed to one method.

The Unwind Ritual — Recommended starting point
The body doesn’t hold tension randomly.
It holds tension when it feels it needs to.
Rather than forcing muscles to release, treatment works by creating the conditions where the nervous system no longer needs to keep guarding.
When the body feels safe, change lasts.
A calm space for the nervous system to settle and the body to soften.
